2024 Fall Classic

The Collegiate Rugby Association of America (CRAA) is excited to announce that the 2024 Fall Classic will take place on December 7-8, 2024, at the Louis P. Howell Athletic Center located on the campus of the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg. This premier collegiate rugby event, supported by OneSpartanburg, Inc., will be broadcast live on The Rugby Network, bringing the excitement of the Fall Classic to rugby fans worldwide.

The 2024 Fall Classic promises high-level competition and showcases the nation’s best collegiate rugby talent. Seven highly anticipated fixtures will be played over two days, providing fans with non-stop action and intense rivalries. Two highlighted fixtures will include the 2024 D1A National Champions Saint Mary’s College facing the perennial powerhouse, Life University. While the United States Air Force Academy Women, a CRAA D1 side, will be challenging the D1A Women’s Penn State Nittany Lions in the first-ever “Challenge Cup.”

Home of the USC Upstate Spartans, County University Soccer Stadium has a seating capacity of 3,000 people with a natural grass playing surface. The adjacent University Readiness Center building houses five locker rooms, a concession stand, hospitality suites, and public restrooms.

From I-85 southbound…
Use Exit 72. Turn left onto U.S. 176/I-585 southbound. Take the Valley Falls Road exit. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Valley Falls Road. Turn right onto North Campus Boulevard. Enrollment Services is located at 300 N. Campus Blvd.

From I-85 northbound…
Use Exit 72. Turn right onto U.S. 176/I-585 southbound and follow the directions below.
