Indianapolis, IN — The stage is set for one of the most electrifying events in collegiate rugby as the USA Rugby / CRAA Women’s Rugby 7s National Championships arrive April 25–26 at Kuntz Stadium. Featuring top programs from across the country, the tournament promises two days of elite competition, relentless pace, and unforgettable moments.
Tiffany Lopez, Director of Women’s Rugby for CRAA, shared her enthusiasm ahead of the championship weekend, “I am very excited to welcome all the teams. I have had the pleasure to speak to all teams, and they have been preparing very hard. I look forward to seeing fast-paced rugby that builds camaraderie and helps grow the game. Together we RISE!” Lopez emphasized the extensive preparation behind the scenes, “We have been preparing for this event since November and are excited to see it come to fruition.”
The championships will showcase the very best of women’s collegiate rugby, with matches kicking off at 8:00 a.m. each day and continuing into the evening. Fans can expect high-intensity matchups, exceptional athleticism, and a celebration of the sport’s rapid growth.
